“ 5 stars for food. 0 stars for service. I made a pickup order in November 2024. I was missing an item. I have since emailed them through an email I have contacted them through in the past, tried their online messaging system, and even emailed them through an email I saw when reading through reviews. They dont have a phone number listed, and Im not going to go in store and hold up the line given how busy they are and that they dont really even have cashiers you order at the kiosk. I have been going there since it was just a window with the previous businesss sign above the door still. No exaggeration, I must have redeemed at least 50 jars and still have some at home. The girl at the counter knew the order was for my boyfriend to pickup when she saw my name on the ticket. Now its even on DoorDash and I cant order because I dont trust that they will rectify any issues. On the near zero chance that they will actually respond, Ill modify the rating because the food is honestly great. But in the meantime, the boycott continues... Edit I was finally able to get in touch with someone on the Tong Sui team. They refunded me for the missing item and made it clear that customer experience is very important to them. Finally my boycott can end...Ive missed them so much ”

“ The winter seasonal Milky Persimmon drink is AMAZING. Milk and persimmon in a perfectly smooth combination with some soft persimmon chunks that are easily slurped up. I wish I had come earlier to try this so I could get it more before they stop offering it. The employees said they will probably stop offering it in mid February. I will be back next week in hopes that they still have it. The employees were so friendly and helpful, answered my questions and directed me to the order kiosk to view the full menu. I also purchased the Persimmon Mochi Coconut Pudding to try later There is also an osmanthus persimmon drink that is part of the series Update Persimmon Mochi Coconut Pudding is ok. The pudding is a little too liquidy for my taste Osmanthus Persimmon Cheezo is ok. Not enough persimmon. It is also much smaller than the Milky Persimmon drink Note date that seasonal persimmon series is no longer available varies by location. I ordered their taro, mango mochi, mango sticky rice and a strawberry coconut green tea. Its all so tasty. Im a taro lover and its definitely my favorite.
